1. Shipping cost: Free shipping is available for a single order with a total amount exceeding $39. For a single order less than $39 the shipping cost is $10.

2. Shipping time: If only the 9.9 series products are ordered the package will be shipped within 3 days after the order is placed. If other exquisitely - designed products are ordered please allow our manicurist 3 - 5 days for production and the package will be sent out within 7 days.

3. Logistics duration: It takes 10 - 15 days to reach the United States/Europe and Australia and 5 - 10 days to reach Asian countries.

Unreceived Product

If you haven't received the purchased handmade press-on nails within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team promptly. Provide details such as your order number and recipient's name. We will quickly check the logistics situation. Once it's confirmed that the product hasn't been successfully delivered, we will arrange for a re-shipment immediately to ensure you can receive your desired press-on nails as soon as possible.

Product Quality Issue
