At Eeeza Nails we strive to provide high-quality press-on nails. We understand that our customers' satisfaction is of utmost importance. However, due to the nature of our products being handmade and for hygienic reasons, most of our products are not eligible for return once they have been shipped.
2. Exceptions for Returns and Refunds
2.1 Product Not Received
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time frame provided during checkout, please contact our customer service team eeezanails@outlook.com immediately. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. If it is determined that the package was lost in transit, we will offer you the option to either have a replacement shipment sent free of charge or receive a full refund.
2.2 Product Quality Issues
We take pride in the quality of our press-on nails. However, if you receive a product with a visible quality issue such as a broken nail, incorrect design, or any other manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. Provide clear photos of the issue along with your order details. Once we have verified the problem, we will offer you the following options:
• Replacement Shipment: We will send you a new set of press-on nails free of charge to replace the defective product.
• Full Refund: If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund based on the above exceptions, please follow these steps:

4. Refund Processing Time
Once we have approved your refund request, the refund will be processed within 5 days and the funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns and Replacements
If a replacement shipment is required due to a quality issue, we will cover the shipping costs. However, if the package was not received due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with resending the package.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

All orders will be dispatched via YunExpress within 24 hours of placement. Should you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to eeezanails@outlook.com to contact our customer service team prior to shipment.
